Walking in snowshoes burns 1.5-2 times the amount of calories compared to normal walking and it is said to be good for refreshing your body and mind, strength training and braining training. In this program, you will walk along a fresh snowy path of about 3 km in snowshoes while uncovering the tracks of various wild animals and taking in the amazing scenery. On the second day, you will ride in a sled pulled by a snowmobile and drive through the snowy forest park breathing in the refreshing mountain air. This program allows for you to get some exercise in the not so accessible winter climate.
Meet at Kyotango Forest Park Swiss Village Car Park
Ride the snowmobile up the mountain to “Kaze no Gakko Kyoto” Hotel and Check-In
Your temperature and blood pressure measurements will be taken and your health will be checked.
You will trek through a snowy forest path in a southern direction
Unlike with skiing, you can talk with other participants while using snowshoes.

After dinner, you will go stargazing under the clear winter night sky
You will be driven to the Sky Deck where you can enjoy 360 degree panoramic views
Roasted rice cakes
You will be dropped off at the car park by snowmobile
