Twin Pole🄬 Exercises are carried out with the support of 2 walking poles, meaning they are low impact on the joints and allowing you to focus on improving your posture.

These exercises are low impact, and easy for beginners and any age to try. Tone your body and improve your posture while basking in Kyotango’s beautiful nature.

After exercising, there is the option to explore Tango’s nature by foot and discover scenic views and photo spots.
