One tour lasts about 2 hours.
There are three timeslots available:
1 8:30am
2 11:00am
3 2:00pm
Please arrive 30 minutes before the tour start time.
If you are later than 10 minutes, it will be treated as a cancellation.

Children can participate depending on their height as follows:
Children 100cms and under can join two adults on a two person kayak (no paddling, no fee)
Children between 100-150cms can join one adult on a two person kayak (paddling)
Children 150cms and over will be treated as adults. However, if the weather condition is unsuitable they may have to join an adult on a two person kayak.
Important information:
Wear clothes that can get wet.
Please change before the start time.
The shower in the locker room is available for use.
After 4:00pm the shower only has cold water.
Life jacket rental is included.
The activity may be cancelled depending on the weather conditions.
Children's height will be checked.
Kayaks are available in solo or two-person designs.
*Groups should get in contact to check kayak availability before booking.*

Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Reservations made after 4pm on Friday will be treated as being made on Monday.
To make reservations you must send an email request.

Cancellations must be made earlier than the day before the day of reservation. Cancellation requests made after 4:00pm JST will be treated as being recieved the next day.
The following conditions may also be treated as being recieved the next day:
Cancellation requests made when Kyotango Tourism Association is closed (usually, but not limited to, Sundays).
