Daimaru Shoyu Café originated as the Daimaru Shoyu brewery which has over 100 years of history. The café specializes in using their own brand soy sauce, locally grown fruits and vegetables.
The cafe used to be a soy sauce shop, renovated into a modern cafe but the traditional Japanese atmosphere still remains.
You can still buy their own brand soy sauce here.
