A Kimono Flea Market will be held at the Mineyama General Welfare Center on November 7th and 8th (Saturday and Sunday). It’s a great way to pick up used kimono, obi (belts), and accessories at reasonable prices, with up to 3,500 pieces for sale.

Even if you don’t have occassions to wear a full kimono, many people are experimenting with more modern ways of wearing them to keep the traditional clothing relevant.
