*Please check in by 4:30 PM to allow time for the cooking consultation.
*In the event of a poor catch of live crab, we may ask you to switch to an alternative plan.
*The live crabs used at our inn are "Matsuba Crabs" landed in the San-in region (Kyoto, Hyogo, Tottori, and Shimane prefectures).
