The owner of Hisami takes great pride in using locally caught fish and locally grown vegetables to produce fresh delicious meals all year round. But one of their biggest draws is in the winter; when they serve a Taiza Snow Crab course, attracting customers from all over the world.

The specialty here is Heshiko -a pickled fish which goes perfectly with white rice! The Heshiko factory is next to the restaurant.

The restaurant is positioned on a hill facing the Sea of Japan. Enjoy your view of the waves while eating a delicious meal.
