Sea Salt Making
It will give your cooking a fresh and natural flavour that is sure to bring a smile your lips every time you taste it. The salt workshop is run by a gentle soul who goes by the nickname Shiojii, meaning 'Old Man Salt'.

It takes between 30 minutes and 1 hour to make the salt, and there are 3 time slots available. Salt making is not available on Sunday or national holidays, otherwise it is open all year round

Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advanced.

Cancellation requests must be made before 4:00pm JST or they will be treated as arriving the next day.
The following conditions may also be treated as being received the next day:
1 Cancellation requests made when the activities are closed (usually, but not limited to, Sundays and national holidays).
2 Cancellation requests made when Kyotango Tourism Association is closed (usually, but not limited to, Sundays).
