Amino Choshiyama Burial Mound

Amino Choshiyama Burial Mound is a giant keyhole shaped burial mound of 201m in length.

It is well-known alongside Kyotango Tango-cho’s Shinmeiyama Burial Mound (190m long) and nearby Yosano Town’s Ebisuyama Burial Mound (145m) as the largest of the Three Largest Keyhole-shaped Burial Mounds in the Tango Region.

It is a National Designated Historic Site and from the peak you can look down over Amino and the Sea of Japan.
