A large ginkgo tree, over 50 years old, stands near the Central Meridian Tower at Hikkara Pass in Amino, Kyotango. On autumn nights, its golden leaves are illuminated, creating a fantastical scene.

This giant ginkgo tree is located along the Kyoto Tango Railway tracks, making it a popular spot among local photographers who strive to capture the moment when the train’s lights line up with the illuminated ginkgo tree.
