A beach cleaning and exercise event will be held at Mitsu Port, Kyotango.

Overview

First, participants will work together to clean the beach at Mitsu of debris that has drifed in from the ocean, keeping the beach clean for the community. Then, everyone will lean how to do Twin Pole Exercises, focusing on posture and balance in order to more freely and easily stand and walk.
