Kaico Collaborative Art Project
Sewing the Town 2026 in Ine
In October, the collaborative art project Kaico will be holding a workshop in Ine.
Overview
Following on from their Sewing the Town workshop held in Kyotango, Yosano and Miyazu in 2023, this year’s workshop will be held in Kamanyu, Ine.
While walking the town in which the weaving industry flourished in the 60s and 70s, find your own fragment and sew it with fabric and thread. Join to explore the Tango Peninsula by bus, appreciate the natural beauty watching over its textile culture, and Sew the Town in Ine.
