In the Mitsumasa Anno Art Museum, a new exhibit will open from September 9th until December 7th, 2026.
Overview
Mitsumasa Anno has expressed many heartwarming worlds from literature in his artworks, selections of which will be on display.
Enjoy works showing worlds such as that of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Twenty-Four Eyes, or The Restaurant of Many Orders, with delicate and beautiful colors.
Why not immerse yourself in the world of Mitsumasa Anno’s stories while enjoying the lush natural surroundings of Wakuden no Mori?
Exhibit Details
Dates: Wednesday, September 9th – Monday, December 7th 2026
Holidays: Tuesdays and national holidays, excluding Tuesday 9/22 and Wednesday 9/23. The museum will be closed on Thursday 9/24.
Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (entry until 4:30)
Location: Wakuden no Mori, 764 Tani, Kumihama-cho, Kyotango City, Kyoto Prefecture
Entrance Fee:
Adults: 1,000 Yen
Middle or High School Students: 600 Yen
Elementary School Students: 400 Yen
*Free entry for elementary school students on every third Sunday
